When will my order ship?

At Darien & Co, we are passionate about creating memorable gift-giving experiences for every occasion. Our Ready-To-Ship boxes and Boutique orders are packaged (with love!) and shipped from our storefront within 1-2 business days of ordering.

In what packaging will my order ship?

All of our Ready-To-Ship Gift Boxes are shipped in a standard green mailer box with green crinkle paper (as pictured). Our Boutique items are currently shipped in a standard cardboard shipping box with kraft protective packaging.

What is your return policy?

Unused, undamaged items are accepted for in-person return at our boutique within 30 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase and will be returned either to the original form of tender or a gift card. We also offer 30-day customer-paid postage returns for online orders.
